This sterling silver hand forged TwoFooter ring is a size 7, and is set with a rose cut sapphire in 18k yellow gold. As the name suggests, this ring began as 2 feet of sterling silver, which I forged before letting it find its way around the finger.
Rosecut stones, dating back several centuries, made a come back recently, and are now very popular. The stones are flat at the bottom, and triangular facets that meet at a peak on top, imitating the petals of a rose – hence the name. A full rosecut has 24 facets.
I can, of course, customize other sizes and shapes of rings in this series, with a variety of genuine gemstones, in a variety of shapes. What stone shape and colour do you like?
